For Cancellation of Orders:
If you encounter any issues with the product received, we advise our customers to send the required item back within the timeframe specified by the company in order to request a refund or return.

Returns:
If a customer fails to request a return within the specified timeframe or does not send the item back on time, we will not be held responsible for further accommodation. Additionally, when sending an item for return, please include the original purchase receipt. We cannot process returns without proof of purchase and the original receipt. Customers are also advised to return the product in its original packaging.

Refunds:
To claim a refund, customers should send us the product within the specified timeframe, along with the original receipt and the product's intact packaging. Upon receiving the item, it will be thoroughly checked for defects or issues caused by the customer. If the returned product meets all requirements for a refund, we will process the refund to the same credit card used for the purchase.
However, if the product is sent to us outside the 30-day timeframe, exhibits any defects, the original packaging is not intact, or the original receipt or proof of purchase is not included, the company will not be able to offer a refund.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of redelivery charges for exchanged items.
