Please be aware that any delivery issues arising from inaccurately provided contact or address details, or other information, will not be the responsibility of the company.

National Deliveries
We want to inform you that currently, we exclusively offer shipping within the UK. However, we have exciting plans to extend our delivery services on an international scale in the near future. Keep an eye on our official website for updates.
All orders placed within the UK are subject to standard delivery charges. Once your order is prepared and dispatched, you can expect delivery within 1 to 2 days. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or unexpected events, may lead to slight delays in the delivery process. Rest assured, you will be promptly notified of any such instances through SMS, or the email provided.

International Deliveries
Please be aware that at present, we exclusively provide delivery services within the UK, given our base of operations in the UK. We do not currently offer online shipment services.
Kindly note that the delivery time for your order is contingent on the courier service. Standard orders are typically dispatched within one to 2 days of the order placement. However, some orders may require additional time for delivery.
Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as natural events, holidays, or other situations may lead to delivery delays. Rest assured, you will receive timely updates regarding any such delays or revised delivery timings via SMS. You will also be provided with the exact day and date of the scheduled delivery before dispatching our rider to your provided address.
In the event that you need to change the delivery address provided to the courier service, we kindly request that you inform the company promptly via email. Failure to notify the company in a timely manner regarding any changes will absolve the company of responsibility, and further accommodation may not be possible.
